“On the matter of trust…”- by Allison Haskell

I graduated a month ago and since then I’ve really been struggling to trust the Lord. Pick literally any aspect of my life and I can guarantee that I haven’t been trusting the Lord with it like I should. However, lately I’ve been reminded that I cannot control my life or my future. Even when it seems like things aren’t stacking up the way I want them to, I’ve been reminded that our God is a good Father who delights in giving good gifts to His children. What a blessing that He knows what’s best for us and wants to give us these things! And praise God that we are not in control!! I pray that you will remember this truth better than I have and that it spurs us to worship Him all the more.
